Our Approach

We want to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for you to explore your emotions, understand your unique experiences, address the challenges holding you back, and developing coping strategies on your path to lasting recovery.

We employ proven techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapies, and Choice Therapy.

It’s important to find a therapist who is ethical and competent.

We believe that all experiences are valid and deserving of attention and respect. We don’t invalidate your experiences and are sensitive to potential triggers that could be activating.

You’ll get a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Through an individualized and culturally sensitive approach to treatment, we draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and interventions to tailor treatment to your unique needs and circumstances.
