Do you provide in-person or online counseling?
Yes, we provide both in-person and online/telehealth counseling options.
How will I know if you're the right therapist for me?
We will work together to assess your goals and symptoms and ensure we find a therapist that feels like a good fit to help you accomplish your goals and manage your symptoms effectively.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions are typically between 50-60 minutes in duration.
What does the first session look like?
The intake session will be an initial assessment to discuss your history and goals for treatment. During this session, you will have the opportunity to learn how therapy works, review policies, privacy and confidentiality and, share relevant information with your therapist.
How much do you charge, and what payment methods do you accept?
We are in network with several major insurance companies and also provide private pay rates if we are not in network or you elect not to use your insurance coverage.
