Person-centered therapy, play therapy and sand tray for children, adolescents and adults.
About
Helping you build confidence, process complex emotions, and strengthen your relationships.
My goal is to support you if you feel overwhelmed, unsure of how to navigate your current season of life, or are simply looking for practical tools to make things feel more manageable. Together, we will work to build your self-esteem, strengthen your relationships, and develop the ability to sit with and understand complex emotions rather than pushing them away. I strive to create an environment where you feel deeply heard, supported, and understood as we explore underlying patterns and reframe unhelpful thoughts.
When working with children and adolescents, I incorporate play therapy and sand tray techniques. These evidence-based approaches help younger clients safely express their feelings, process experiences, and grow at their own pace in a way that feels completely natural to them.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Avila University. My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside my play therapy and trauma-focused training, to support you and your family in finding a clear, confident path forward.
