About
I believe each person and their story is sacred, and none of us are meant to go through life alone.
I am passionate about joining you on your journey toward mental health recovery and wellness. Whether your primary concerns are rooted in a sudden life change or a longer-standing emotional or relational challenge, I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space for your healing.
Since earning my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2018, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of environments, including acute and long-term inpatient care, the VA, outpatient clinics, and college counseling. My therapeutic approach is warm and empathetic, drawing primarily from evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT, ACT, and DBT).
Together, we will work to develop new coping skills, discover new ways of processing your experiences, and enhance your relational well-being through effective communication and boundaries. For those who request it, I am also fully equipped to integrate Christian faith into our work. It is a profound honor when you trust me with your story, allowing me to walk alongside you for a season and bear witness to both your pain and your progress.
