About

Fostering an inclusive, empowering space where you are truly seen and heard.

I am a therapist with a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University New England. I bring a thoughtful and compassionate approach to my work, recognizing how complex it can be to explore your thoughts and emotions. My primary goal is to create a safe space for you to uncover deeper meaning in your life.

I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationships, and I intentionally create a space where all identities are respected, valued, and empowered.

I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, and I also offer couples intensives for those seeking focused, in-depth support. Practicing from a trauma-informed lens, I emphasize emotional safety, collaboration, and empowerment while honoring your unique lived experience. By integrating experiential modalities into our work, I can help you move beyond insight alone—engaging in techniques that foster deeper emotional processing, genuine connection, and lasting change.
