Hi! I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe each person has unique strengths, and my goal is to help clients build on those strengths while navigating life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

My counseling approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, emphasizing authenticity, empathy, and collaboration. I integrate evidence-based techniques from a Person Centered Approach, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet each client’s individual needs and goals. Together, we work to develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

I enjoy working with adolescents (10+), teenagers, and young adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation.
