I strive to create an environment where you feel deeply heard, supported, and understood as we explore underlying patterns and reframe unhelpful thoughts.

When working with children and adolescents, I incorporate play therapy and sand tray techniques. These evidence-based approaches help younger clients safely express their feelings, process experiences, and grow at their own pace in a way that feels completely natural to them.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Avila University. My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside my play therapy and trauma-focused training, to support you and your family in finding a clear, confident path forward.
