I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where individuals, couples, families, and adolescents feel seen, heard, and valued. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, divorce and family transitions, relational distress, and other life challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in an experiential lens and informed by attachment theory, family systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I believe that our relationships and experiences shape the way we view ourselves and others, and that healing occurs when we can safely explore emotions, understand patterns, and experience new ways of connecting. Together, we can work to foster greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships.
