As a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), I specialize in trauma recovery, including narcissistic abuse and intergenerational trauma, helping clients break unhealthy patterns and cycles. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and hormonal-related concerns such as PCOS, infertility, and menopause, with a holistic approach to care.

Using evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients process experiences of hurt, shame, and betrayal while building insight and resilience. My goal is to empower clients through self-awareness and self-exploration to create meaningful, lasting change and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
