My goal as a therapist is to provide meaningful change. By intentionally creating a safe and collaborative relationship with clients, I help them understand and navigate their anxiety, emotions, and relationships. Many of my clients struggle with overwhelm, people pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries, and together we focus on building self-trust, clarifying needs, and creating more balance. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself in the way you show up in your life and relationships.
