I am deeply passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s most vulnerable transitions.

I bring kindness, authenticity, clarity, and grace to every client relationship, fostering trust and supporting growth through healing and life transitions.

I believe deeply that everyone can benefit from therapy. Reducing the stigma around mental health is a passion of mine, and I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. My background includes extensive work with trauma, and I bring an empathetic, grounded, and authentic presence to the therapeutic relationship.

As a kind and clear communicator, I encourage clients to lean into the difficult emotions that often keep us feeling stuck. I hold the belief that sustainable growth and healing are possible when we allow ourselves to explore those vulnerable places with compassion and curiosity. It would be an honor to walk alongside you and help create a safe, collaborative space for your healing journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas.
