About
At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. Having worked across both inpatient and outpatient settings with a strong foundation in community mental health, I have dedicated my career to supporting you through complex and often deeply rooted challenges. My clinical experience includes helping individuals navigate complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Bipolar Disorder, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. Having also overseen suicide prevention programming and intensive outpatient services, I am fully equipped to provide stabilization and support through high-acuity needs with care and confidence.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, structured, and collaborative. I believe in balancing validation with accountability—helping you feel deeply understood while also supporting meaningful, sustainable change. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based techniques to tailor treatment exactly to your needs.
If you feel stuck in patterns of emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, or relational difficulties, my goal is to help you build insight, strengthen your coping skills, and empower you to reconnect with your sense of self.
